I thought my internet was fixed already!

Darnit. My net's still F@c$ed. After one and a half days of it finally working right, this $h1t all over again? I hate this! This is annoying me! Just when I'm starting to get my blogging running and my debit card activated, this happens to me?!?!!? I wanna kill someone. PLDT MyDSL, you guys should really have to do something about this. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!

I also called them up just a while ago about a rebate for their lack of service. Wish these guys just explained it to their customers further on how to get these rebates properly. I never knew the customers themselves have to ASK for the rebate and not get automatically deducted from the billing statement. This sucks.
